T&C-Return or Refund
* Being an Internet site, it is difficult to determine if the items are in stock as there may be other people ordering the same item at the same time. Unfortunately, we are not able to avoid such situation. If such event occurs, we will either offer you a refund for what is owing (for Malaysia customers only), or you can choose another item with the same value or you will need to wait for the next batch of stock arrive.
* Goods sold will not be taken back under any circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent are the item other than the ordered item. Either replacement or a full refund will be given for this mistake.
* We guarantee that all the items sold have undergone thorough quality check to ensure no defects prior to delivery.
* As different country will have different regulation, you should note that we shall not be responsible in any circumstances if the item(s) purchased has been forfeited by Customs. If the item(s) is being rejected and mailed back to us, upon received the returned goods, we will inform you immediately and refund to you excluding the courier charges that has been incurred.
